Principal Consultant Randall Walker is passionately committed to assisting organisations, teams, and individuals, to realise their full potential. Randall is a proponent of striving to make a positive difference in the world by focusing on product and service quality outcomes including organisations treating all people with fairness and respect, and staff and customers feeling valued. Adopting an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) approach ensures that brand values permeate consistently through all promotions and communications. Lateral thinking extends capability beyond limited beliefs to creative innovative solutions. The combination of these elements are transformational and contribute to establishing a sustainable and profitable business model.

 

Randall has more than 20 years business development, strategic marketing, and stakeholder engagement experience. He has managed annual marketing budgets in excess of $1 million and generated annual revenue in excess of $24 million for a publicly listed company. He has secured in excess of $10 million in grant funding and tenders for organisations including NFPs. Randall has worked with internationally recognised tourism brands, facilitated corporate programs for Top 200 Australian companies and delivered programs in collaboration with all tiers of government. â€‹

 

Randall's formal qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. He has been a guest speaker at industry events such as Australasian Hotel Industry Conference and Exhibition (AHICE), and the Choice Hotels Australasia Annual Conference. He has presented and delivered webinars on topics including innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, sales, customer service, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), human-centred management, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), and Blue Ocean Strategy and The Art of War applicable to a modern marketplace.
